It has been ten years since the Blind Friendly Web project started helping website creators create their content so that the information is accessible to visitors with severe visual impairments. The project was created on the grounds of the United Organization of the Blind and Visually Impaired (sons.cz). The impetus for this was not only the development of the Internet in the Czech Republic, but also other IT projects implemented by SONS.
